Online Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Customers must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back. You can reach us via email or phone to obtain this number.
- All returned items must be in the exact same, brand-new condition as received. Each item will be inspected to determine eligibility for a refund.
Watches
- Watches must be returned in perfect packaging and condition, including all original documents and the warranty card.
- Missing components will void the return eligibility.
Jewellery and Other Merchandise
- Items purchased from in-stock inventory may be returned if you are not satisfied.
- Contact Elyxian first for specific return instructions before shipping your item.
- Special orders and custom-made items are non-refundable.
Shipping and Refunds
- Online store returns cannot be returned in-store.
- Items must be shipped back to us, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from the date the product is received.
