Access to the Website
While we aim to provide uninterrupted access to our website, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. Elyxian shall not be held liable for any disruption in access.

Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, Elyxian does not guarantee that all content is completely error-free, and minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to differences between screens.
Elyxian reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time.
Prices
- All prices on the website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Prices exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may be changed at any time; however, confirmed orders will be charged at the price displayed at checkout.
- In the case of an obvious pricing error, Elyxian reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and offer:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement of equal value, subject to your approval.
Refunds for unavailable items will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Secure Payment
We accept the following payment methods in Pakistan:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Elyxian does not store your payment details.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery time:
- Major cities: 3–5 working days
- Other areas: 5–7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Right of Return
Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The original invoice and packaging must be included.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before shipping the item back.

Elyxian collects personal information solely to process orders, deliver products, and provide customer support.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your personal data is kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
