Online Returns
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
Customers must contact Elyxian first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including original packaging and tags.
Each item will be inspected upon receipt to determine eligibility for a refund
Jewellery and Other Merchandise
Items purchased from in-stock inventory may be returned if unsatisfied.
Custom-made, engraved, or special-order items are non-refundable.
Please contact Elyxian for specific return instructions before shipping your item.
Shipping and Refunds
Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash / COD adjustment).
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
Additional Notes
Items that have been used, resized, altered, or damaged are non-refundable.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from delivery.
