Do you accept international credit cards?
Currently, Elyxian does not accept international credit cards. We accept payments within Pakistan through:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Easypaisa
JazzCash
We are working to introduce additional payment options in the future.
How did my package ship?
All Elyxian orders are shipped via trusted local courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.
Returns, exchanges and complaints
Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or altered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For complaints or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If part of your order has a delayed delivery:
You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. A digital invoice is sent via email or WhatsApp after order confirmation.
A physical invoice may also be included with your parcel.
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
A flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders.
Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 2,500.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After placing your order:
You receive an order confirmation.
Your order is processed within 2–3 business days.
The parcel is dispatched via courier.
Tracking details are shared.
Your order is delivered to your address.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Major cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Other areas: 4–7 business days
