Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, Elyxian accepts major international credit and debit cards. We ensure secure payment options for both local and overseas customers.

All jewellery orders are shipped through trusted and insured courier services to ensure safe delivery. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

We value customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact our support team within the specified return period. We offer returns or exchanges according to our policy, provided the item is in its original condition.
If your order shows a longer delivery time and you wish to cancel it, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will process the cancellation if the order has not already been dispatched.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, every order comes with a detailed invoice for your records. A digital copy is emailed to you, and a printed copy is included with your delivery.

We offer free delivery within Abu Dhabi for selected orders. Standard delivery charges may apply for other UAE locations and international shipments. The exact fee will be shown at checkout.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Our team will then process your order, prepare your jewellery with care, and dispatch it through a secure courier. You will be notified with tracking details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Within Abu Dhabi, orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. For other UAE regions, delivery may take 2–4 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.
